No freaking way!!!!⭐️⭐️
Sorry. But when anyone talks about Guyana I get excited, because no one ever talks about Guyana. 😆😆😆
Stay away from the village area TiSha -- there be sneaky alligators and anacondas. And be wary of butterfly like insects. They are NOT butterflies. I learned the hard way. One of those buggers stung me in the eye so bad it swoll to the size of a golf ball. I had to keep a snow cone on my face for like hours. 😕
My mom keeps bugging me to go back to Guyana with her to visit relatives - and I always shoot her down, because the last time I went I was traumatized. I l'm a Canadian girl - born and raised. But my elders are all Guyanese. I was 6 years old when i visited. It was Spring break. I got eaten alive by mosquitos and red ants. Almost ended up in a ditch twice...but that was my cousins fault. She told me she knew how to drive. I should have known better. She was the same age as me. Needless to say - her parents got mad. Then I was chased by a donkey. I fell face first, while running away from said donkey -- and ended up badly bruised cuz the roads suck there. It was like falling on a bunch of pointy rocks. But the roads are better now - or so I hear. I got bit by a bug I still to this day have no idea what it was called. I also fell out of a tree and almost dislocated my shoulder. It was not a fun time for me. And yet - hearing that TiSha are going have me reevaluating my stance. I would endure that nightmare of a vacation again for TiSha in a heartbeat. 😉
