Friday Jan 1 epi - good episode - Story is moving!
Instead of dragging, BB reveals that Pragya was the actual target and someone is planning to kill her. That was revealed in front of all - even Taaliya. Good! Now both are desperate.
Finally this is a wake up call for Abhi. And the CV's! After Abhi saved Pragya from the bell, Ravan burning, and Vijay blaming him, FINALLY Abhi decided to investigate! Yippee! This is long overdue! His reasons for working with Pragya were weird. He was so protective of Pragya as he pulled her with him in the hospital.
I think hearing someone is trying to kill her shook him up. He talked about his death a few episodes back, and now he's realizing she's the one in danger. Clearly he will never give up on fuggy. Seeing her as fuggy in yesterday's episode might have also given him hope. So now we have Abhi volunteering to work with Pragya to investigate. What a change in Abhi! 👏Finally CV's realized Abhi needs to get involved and somehow now made him a part of this! And Pragya needs Abhi's help against the villains! Thank God CV's are getting smart!
I loved how well they worked together. I really loved how they spoke to each other as adults. There were some nok-jhoks, but they were not silly. Abhi spoke to Pragya as an equal, as a partner. He actually respected her ideas! It was great to see Pragya be like old Pragya - not darpoke fuggy or bossy mugambo. She spoke confidently and smartly! I loved this side of their relationship.
No Abhi, Pragya shatir nahi hai! She's not cunning! That's Abhi's back handed compliment for Pragya's smartness. Abhi knows she has a sharp brain. He wants to protect her and he also wants to tap into that brain in the investigation. She thinks very clearly. She approaches problems very logically. She did great detective work. She was Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot put together! She gave instructions to Ronnie and zoomed on Vijay!
She did a fantastic job of calmly telling Abhi that someone in the family hired him. Abhi was angry to hear that, but she coolly explained how it made sense. That was a big accomplishment for both - she found the guts to speak truth to him and he actually listened to her without going into a rage! Good job, CV's! You're correcting your mistakes!
I've never seen her as an action oriented superwoman kind of a female lead. She's a diffident, geeky, intellectual who can come up with a good strategy to get the villains but needs a dare devil hero to act on her plans! She's courageous, not brave! That's why Pragya and Abhi are so good for each other. She's always going to the smart one in their relationship, the thought leader calling the shots in the background. Abhi is an action hero who'll get the results and enjoy all the attention. For best results, thought first action second! I don't see who's better between the two. They are puzzle pieces that fit perfectly. She can't win without him, and he can't without her. That's the equation in their symbiotic relationship!
Taaliya and Mitali scenes are interesting. Who's going to squeal on who? It's good to see the villains squirm!
Precap - Abhi orders Aliya to call Vijay. I think we'll get somewhere. I don't think it'll drag too much. Story is moving! Good episode!
