All Abhi needs is consent. Technically there would not have been legal problems for Abhi to remarry since Pragya never objected. So he can go ahead. She did not agree to live in the same house with them.

Abhi is not a details kind of person, na? She didn't actually tell him what those papers were. He didn't check what he signed off on 😕. So we don't know what they both signed off on. For all I know, maybe she got Abhi's autograph???

In the religions and country they show in KB, a divorce is required for marrying another person! I have no idea what a consent paper is- doesn't sound like a divorce!

Would that mean Pragya remains Abhi's wife while he marries Tannu?😕

Good points! For me, I don't know clearly what the status of their relationship is. On the radio we heard they got divorced. If its a divorce, wouldn't Abhi initiate it? Like have the lawyers come like he did during MMS? But he didn't do it. Pragya just showed him papers on the way out. There were no lawyers involved. I'm assuming they're not divorced. Abhi doesn't know that. How can all of his property be transferred to Pragya if she's no longer related to him? Even if dadi did all that, if Abhi and Pragya are no longer married its not possible to transfer the wealth to Pragya's name without Abhi knowing. Its easier to transfer to wife's name if they're still married. I feel Abhi still owns everything and Pragya had these papers created to stop Taliya. Who knows!

There is no way one signature of Abhi would transfer everything that he owns. I mean he owns offices, music business, home and apartments... for everything you would need one document!

And as alimony Pragya even if she divorced him can only get a bit of his wealth not everything.

I don't know what they are showing really. All that legal work is as senseless as the track!

At least in MMS track, they had showed a bunch of lawyers, divorce documents etc. that Abhi arranged although he was only doing it for a drama.

I loved some bits in both KC's. That moon bit last year and the whole Pragya doing dramebaazi this year 😛

Like, Raji and mina said...a more meaningful KC with genuine sincerity from both the parties would be a better treat!

I just remembered. Didn't Pragya wear her mangalsutra in a recent episode? And she hid it? And didn't she put sindoor not in her maang but inside her hair? If she's divorced why would she do that?

You have a point here. But if he signs a legal document stating that he wants to transfer everything he owns in his wife's name...it definitely has some standing.

And as we know Dadi was helping Pragya...she probably had Abhi sign some papers by trick??? 😕 That's the only logical thing I can think of with regards to Pragya taking over everything. The CV's never put much light on this issue. Wish they did for our mental peace sake.

Voted for this year's KC last year Abhi was more concerned for Tanu but this year even though she is pregnant he didn't ask her not to fast there was no concern for Tanu this year.For Pragya last year he didn't believe her and this year he was hoping that she will fast for him.
