There is an article on a rival site giving news about Shikha suffering from dengue and being hospitalized for the last 5 days.
She has been recommended complete bed rest.
It also states that her character Aaliyah was suppose to have a major part to play in the upcoming Ram Leela sequnce but the writers are now reworking on her part.
Wish her a speedy recovery and hope to see her back in action soon.
