Hello friends!! Here is my first ever fan-fiction, an actual FF on AbhiGya. Just a reminder, that this fan-fiction has a different yet some bold plot, so I'll be updating this FF only once a week, on weekends.

The Predicament is the story of the strangest mid life crisis involving a couple routed by the tassel damage of a corporate espionage scandal...

A tense, classy saga of Grudge, Love and Suspicion...The Predicament

This story has been inspired by 2014 novel "The Di(e)lemma" by Vinod K. Gujral, with this title being a synonym of the actual work itself.

The company names, the characters' posts in their companies have been taken from the book itself, because I have no idea about the business terms.

Otherwise, the story is been written by me only, different from the book's actual concept, with a few twists and turns.

Shabbir Ahluwalia as Abhishek Mehra

The CEO of Assure PR International Ltd., who's married to Pragya Mehra and has two daughters.

Sriti Jha as Pragya Mehra

The wife of Abhishek Mehra. She has a very sweet nature, and always thinks the best about her husband and family.

Madhurima Tuli as Tanu Gonsalvez

A socialite beauty. She carries an unclean image in business circle.

Arjit Taneja as Purab Khanna

The Marketing Head of Assure PR International Ltd, and also a close friend of Abhi.

The CMD of PR Assure. He trusts Abhi very much.

Prologue

November 30^th Wednesday

Abhi's room sounded like noxious stillness, even the fans, other items were quiet, and the only perceptible thing was his own tinnitus, particularly in his left ear. It wasn't that Abhi didn't liked hush, but a shingly heaviness had descended on him a few hours ago, with the most portentous few lines that he heard from Pragya, his adoring wife.

"Abhishek, it's getting really unfeasible for me to live with you..." "I'm leaving your house."

Abhi felt a quaver run down his brain and spine, sitting in his office, he had a few more appointments that day.

"Payal, please cancel rest of my meetings for today...Oh, and please reschedule them for next week according to the clients' expediency."

"Sir, that will be done...But are you going out or..."

"Oh no, I'm in town, just need a couple of day's rest. Thanks."

Abhi had heard about people going under shock, becoming baffled or even passing out after receiving some bad news, but this... was different.

His mind and body were not coordinating; his mouth remained dry even after several glass of water. They had had a few serious quarrels in their nearly 35 years of flourishing marriage with two vivid daughters pleasurably in employment and contentedly wedded to men who were in the height of their careers.

The Way It all Happened so far...
