Song Drabble ~ 1

O Khuda!

Pragya had disappeared after their divorce. Abhi tried very hard to find her but in vain. Abhi goes to a club and gets drunk very badly.

Tere bin jeena hai aise
Dil dhadka naa ho jaise
Yeh ishq hai kya duniya ko
Hum samjhaaye kaise

Ab dilon ki raahon mein
Hum kuch aisa kar jayein
Ik dooje se bichhde toh
Saans liye bin marr jayein

He begins walking aimlessly on the road. He was walking when suddenly he loses control and fells on the road. People gather around him to help him. A person calls Purab seeing he was last dialed on his phone. Purab arrives there and picking up Abhi, he asks,"Why do you drink so much Abhi? What if something would have happened to you?"

"Meri Fuggy ke bina toh main kuch bhi nahi hun Purab..You will help me find her, won't you?"

"Haan haan Abhi. Pehle tu ghar chal."

O Khuda..
Bata de kya lakreeron mein likha
Humne toh..
Humne toh bas ishq hai kiya (x2)

Pyaar ki inn raahon mein
Milte hain kitne dariya
Laakh toofaano mein bhi dil ko
Mil jaata hai zariya

Iss dil ke irraadon mein hai itna asar
Lehron se kinaaron pe karta hai safar

At Purab's home...

"Purab."

"Haan?"

"My Fuggy will be fine na?"

"Yes Abhi. Pragya di will be absolutely fine. You take rest. I'll be back in a minute."

As he leaves, the fake phantom of Pragya appears. She smiles.

Abhi cries,"Fuggy!"

She comes near him and kisses him on the cheek and caresses his forehead.

She says,"No matter what happens to me Abhi, I'll always remain with you."

She smiles and disappears in oblivion.

O Khuda..
Bata de kya lakreeron mein likha..
Humne toh..
Humne toh bas ishq hai kiya (x2)

Aaj apne rangon se bichhdi hain yeh tasveerein
Haathon mein kahin toot rahin hain
Mil kar do taqdeerein

"Purab, Purab." Abhi says when he returns.

"Purab, Pragya was here just a moment ago. She's alive. My Fuggy is alive."

"Abhi, I just came in with the only place from where one can enter."

"But I saw her. Why don't you believe me?"

"I believe you Abhi." said Purab, realizing his best friend's emptiness.

Duniya yeh jeet gayi dil haar gaya..
Nahi socha tha mil kar kabhi honge judaa..

O Khuda..
Bata de kya lakreeron mein likha
Humne toh..
Humne toh bas ishq hai kiya (x2)

Pragya's words lingered in his ears again and again. Abhi reaches his home. He goes and locks himself in his room. Tanu was trying hard to make him open the door, but he wasn't bulging.

He took a photo of Pragya, his Fuggy and slept cuddling with her photo, with only one question going on his mind, "O khuda! Why did I leave her?"
