Actually a lot of things are inconsistent.

If Pragya is claiming those papers are not divorce thing but property documents, then technically AbhiGya are not separated. How can Tabhi marry?

And if Pragya is saying all the property was in her name since the day she left the house, how come Aaliyah could still steal 3 crores from Abhi;s account?

Exactly! Cause Pragya couldnt have gotten him to sign then - she didnt even know taliya truth then, shes just doing it to make it as if she was always after money and all

Just now she entered MM.So 3 crores was taken by RAJ without ABhi's knowledge.Regarding the divorce it didn't happen.
