I am not arguing she should or she shouldn't.

I don't think so..

I think she will accept she loves him..
Still there are hugs and twirling remaing so I feel she said I love you too ( I guess, not sure)

But I don't think she will tell yes , To his question will you be with me all my life ..

She may accept loving him but will not accept to snatch "baby" rights and happiness
