ok sorry. um. let's see.

it's a delicious thing my mom makes/a bengali thing in general i guess. basically soft soft mashed potatoes mixed with thoda sa masala, then coated in eggwash and breadcrumbs and lightly fried until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. my mum usually includes diced chilies in the potato mix, and she fills them with a chopped boiled egg/keema mixture.

itnaaa mazaaa...i think that's what i mean? but idk if in hindi you use mazaa for food like that...means only fun no? not delicious???

You bought the puris though right??

because I made them and it took forever...mind you I had never actually made them before so who knows...might get easier to make later!
