I feel Pragya will see Nikhil-Tanu together and either overhear them or get suspicious. Once she figures out Tanu is up to something Pragya maybe fake claim to Tanu that she really is pregnant???? Just to dodge her or something???

If Dadi has another attack...means she will not be told about Pragya NOT being pregnant anytime soon.

And this Pragya being pregnant has been brought in for a reason - to help solve Tanu Baby mystery and get her out of Abhi's life forever.
