OK, so having gone over some possibilities for what the promo means, I don't yet see how this "Pragya is pregnant" trick helps the endgame. But I don't want or need to see either. Time enough to figure it out later. And will be interested in clues from the show itself.

Hints at Abhi knowing Tannu's games though. So that is nice although it would stretch. But stretch with Abhi is fun.
