I remember reading somewhere Abhishek Kapoor is Ekta Kapoor's cousin (or related someway). I wonder if she got name inspiration for Abhishek and Pragya of Kumkum Bhagya from the real life couple with the same names.

Yes Abhishek Kapoor is Ekta Kapoor's cousin Bhaiya.

She has posted a lot of pics on Insta of the wedding and also posted Pragya Abhi married #kumkumbhagya 😊
