I wish someone would save raj from jail!! Then he could disappear forever but I wish he got a fair resolution. Why are abhigya allow this injustice?! Sigh I just see the actor jumping from one balaji show to another and it frustrates me that they don't bring him back to kkb for half an episode :(

not any really fun comments from the family for the may 6 ep. sis wasn't home, mom generally doesn't care about the show, and dad watched in rapt but silent attention.

but we did have this exchange:

mom: why are you watching this stupid show again i hate this show
dad: SHHH this is my favourite show right now i've lost interest in all other shows but this one is interesting right now
*three minutes later*
pragya: oh woe is me, i've hurt him but hurt myself more, etc etc
dad: BOO now this show got dumb too i don't like it anymore it's not interesting.

BUT he did keep watching...and neither mom or dad are too impressed with pragya's wishes for Tanu 😆

dad: is she doing this because she knows she can't have kids?
me: no she just thinks abhi will not want to have kids with her
dad: well it doesn't make sense unless she can't have her own kids

THANK YOU pragya for pushing away from him geeezzz. Like it so much better than him leaving her shuddering at the end of the closet door scene during MMS track. Liked her gritting her teeth and sticking to her line "no matter how many times you ask me, the answer will be the same, you coming close to me doesn't affect me."

Abhi striding after her was a sight to behold. He stopped in the doorway though?!! Alas.

Daadi Pragya conversation was full out painful. Little Abhi sounds like an adorable monster though. Hiding Aalu's stuff too?? Arre?!!!!

Pragya's conclusion that only Tanu can give Daadi what she wants is the height of nonsensical. How I wish that girl would get a reality check. And actually turn to her sometimes-useful husband for help. But no, she continues to see everything from her perspective. And coming up with the least helpful solutions for all concerned.

It was a beautiful line though - "How can I become a mother when I've failed to become a wife."

Oh yeah. WHAT THE Horseshoe Leather was Abhi's line there?!! "I'm going to make it so that you'll feel me everywhere, all the time." CVs wanna kill us with innuendo? It took me like actually 6 hours to realize "Everywhere" could mean just "everywhere she goes" and not everywhere in her body. And then "no matter how far you'll go from me you won't stop missing me." HAYEEE Possessive Abhi REARS his long awaited head. But how freaking convoluted all this is.

And "and then I will leave you"? Ugh. Ruined it all for me. Classic Abhi though.

OK so the rest of the ep was Tanu...with her repeated phrasing of "my baby" I remain convinced it can't possibly be Abhi's baby but there is a baby...wish there wasn't...wonder what she would've talked to Abhi about!! But Pragya comes with her nonsensical interventions and Tanu resolves to not tell Abhi about the pregnancy for at least the next three days. SIIIGH.

AND PRAGYA. Pragya loves this child more than anyone else possibly could. Tanu doesn't want it. Abhi can't want it. Daadi won't want it. But PRAGYA?! Pragya will move heaven and earth for this child's well being. Because it's Abhi's.

Girl. Is. So. Lovesick.

Thought it was interesting that CVs didn't even let Pragya finish her general anti-abortion sentiments. When she was saying stuff like "how could a mother ever kill her child," Tanu just got to cut her off. Repeatedly. So the end of it was the only justification CVs wanted to emphasize is that it being Abhi's child is what makes the difference for Pragya.

Anyway precap fascinates me!! I'm hoping it's another one of those "Aaliya talks, Abhi silently broods" scenes. I know some are predicting he'll say something ostensibly rejecting Pragya or Pragya will misunderstand about Tanu so...I just want rockstar silence. And I am VERY intrigued and pleased by the idea of Aaliya simply accepting Bhabhi's place in Abhi's life and just advocating that he make a clean break with Tanu. And she even thinks Tanu would be able to handle it. FASCINATING STUFF.

Show continues to be utterly rocking and A+ stuff. Not fun, not smart, but definitely compelling. YAY.

Nothing on today episode so not so surprised the only thing I enjoy it's Aakash
This guy is so lovable really talented the drunk wala scene and Abhi Interfering I enjoyed that scene. how will he get married within a day :o

Aliyaa Abhi scene was nice but shocked about Abhi confusion was a little bit disappointed by this..
I'm just hoping won't drag this track .

didnt get time to come and ramble about the 5/7 episode but i really liked it. abhi aaliya scene especially. SO MANY POINTS to aalu and CVs for finally having someone point out abhis moral responsibility to give answers to both pragya and tanu about their place in his life. TOO BAD IT'S SO FREAKING LATE. wish they'd had this conversation weeks ago. months ago, even. but better late than never, and now i can't complain that CVs neglected this dimension ;)

i'm finding daadi's strictness with aakash a bit strange, i don't think all is as it seems. or at least i hope so.

not much from the fam today although dad did notice something that he thought was super hilarious, and i would've missed it - apparently when taiji slaps aakash and they show everyone's reaction, mithali's hand flies to her cheek as if she herself was slapped and hurt. dad loved that moment, he thought it was very amusing. mom and dad find mithali highly entertaining in general.

oh i think taiji mentioned raj's existence today?!! i was SO SO PLEASED

oh and sis noticed that aakash exchanged a long look with pragya after daadi announced about his marriage and asked me why. so this happened:

me: oh it's because she's rachna's friend and he knows that she wanted them to be together
sis: wait she's glasses' sister's friend?
me: whaaat...omg do you mean suresh?
sis: yeah him. i forget his name so i call him glasses.

also

sis: but she's not really friends with glasses
me: who pragya? yes she is, they're besties, or at least they were
sis: i don't believe you, they're not friends

and pragya wants to get herself kicked out of MM...GOD GIRL. Why can't you just talk to people. Seriously?!! Don't play games with their emotions, just explain the problems. Less of a psychic toll on everyone. And who knows, you might just find that there are solutions that don't involve tearing out your own heart and julienning it into tiny strips and setting the strips on fire and using the ashes to fill balloons and letting the balloons float away...ahem. Sorry. got carried away there. Sometimes I just amuse myself too much 😆 😳 😉
