I think it will come. They showed us one night where Abhi went to her house in a drunk state. He did not sleep with her but she will surely claim otherwise.
Abhi is moving away from her and it will only take him one wrong step from Tannu to break them. And she has lost her modelling career and desperate to marry him. So she will try the worst! What better than claiming pregnancy when everything fails?
