If they have already started shooting for holi (according to some insta pics by Arjit as someone said), I doubt Pragya will even get shot. May be she will be a bit injured from the fall and will be treated to recovery quickly. They can't be celebrating holi with her still in the hospital.
That also means not much elaborate Abhi realizing love etc (wasn't time for it either). He may not even read the letter.
