I think after thinking and hearing what BB is going to do... he was playing along with her so he didn't have to waste time convincing that she (BB) was taking the wrong step. So he decided to make her unconscious so that she wouldn't get in his way. He will then take the location from BB's paper and rush to Neel's address. There Neel will be expecting BB. He will see a figure appear from the shadows... it is no one other than Abhi. Abhi fights off all the goons and Neel is left. Pragya sees Neel or one of the goons about to shoot Abhi so she comes in the way and gets shot instead.

Abhi gets to the hospital with fuggy... she's in the operation room... he prays... gets a hint from God to read Pragya's love letter. He reads it and gets confused by his emotions.
