I did not watch every min, but can give you an overview.

Neel has tied Pragya onto a chair... and the chair is on wood piles (wonder if he wants to burn her or threaten to burn her😲). He is taunting Pragya and then he makes a phone call to Bulbul (that's what I gathered). Pragya is worried to hear it.
