Look on the top right..

You'll see DASHBOARD...hover your mouse over it and you'll see a drop down menu...click UPDATE profile.

You'll see a 'SIGNATURE' tab on the new page that opens.

There is a box there...put your image link between the codes

[ I M G ][/ I M G ] (without spaces)

And update!
