As the year 2014 is coming to an end, we are set to step into a New Year, urlremoved gets in touch with Sriti Jha on the year which passed and the coming year 2015...
What did you learn about yourself from this past year?
I learned that I can be a better person, working with Shabbir Ahluwalia, I have realised that as he is a great human being.
What was one of the biggest challenges you faced this past year and how did you handle it?
The biggest challenge was to evade attention. I have a huge problem with it. And with Kumkum Bhagya becoming so popular, it's become very difficult to escape attention.
What was one of your proudest moments from this past year and why?
The proudest moment was when Kumkum Bhagya won a lot of awards and appreciation and also topped the TRP charts.
What did you do for fun this past year? What was one of your favorite memories?
I travelled a lot, I went to a Tree house in Kerala with my cousins and I celebrated Christmas on sets of for the first time. We played secret Santa, which was very fun.
If you could change one thing from this past year, what would you change and why?
I lost some of my close ones, if possible I would want them back.
What was the most meaningful thing someone did for you this past year? What was the most meaningful thing you did for someone else?
I love to travel, so one of my cousins did make a personalized bag pack for me, that was really meaningful. I am very selfish, I don't think I have done anything meaningful for anyone (laughs).
If you were to brag about one of your accomplishments from this past year, which one would it be and why?
I have absolutely nothing to brag about. I am too lazy for achievements.
Given all your experiences, insights, and lessons learned from 2014, what's the best advice you could give yourself for 2015?
Work more harder and travel more I would say.
If you could sum up the year in 3 words, what would you say?
Topsy turvy Ride.
Anything you want to say to your fans, who have supported you through 2014?
I have said this a lot, but I can't thank them enough. All the hard work they put in making creations and videos and liking us. I would want to work harder and more only for them. I wish all of them a Happy New Year.
