She is not a priority but he cares for her. He was hurt when she put herself first during that drunk driving track. And he was jealous when she danced with Puneet. So, she isn't completely irrelevant. She matters, just not as much as his family.

Yes agree with Renu @bold. Abhi is fond of Tannu! She is definitely not a priority and he is not in love with her. But I guess he is fond of her.
