Call me obsessed or crazy, but I somehow wanted some logic behind Pragya's reason staying this marriage for her mother. My brain can't seem to apprehend her rational behind this. And so, I did some research (not so thoroughly, though) and came to find that apparently someone can actually for real face fatality due to bad news. And this even happens to people who are healthy and fit. So, it has higher possibility for someone who is already ill to die. For further information on this, you can easily google 'Broken Heart Syndrome'. Although I wouldn't mind Sarla dying after hearing the news that the marriage is done to torture Pragya and her 'amazing' son-in-law is having an affair in front of her daughter. Lol!! Ermm, so I guess it makes sense to me although I don't know how aware is Pragya regarding this syndrome.😉

Even then,
I feel Sarla can take it. She is a single woman who has managed her life and raised two daughters efficiently. She runs a marriage hall and she should know how complicated marriages can get.

Also, the thing is Abhi is under a misunderstanding. Had it been a real case where Abhi married Pragya in a regular wedding, sleeps with her, but yet has an affair with another woman, it would have been worse.

But now, the thing is Pragya is a mistaken identity. By now, Pragya should know that Abhi will not go marry Bulbul given she knows his Daadi is involved and moreover, PuLiya wedding is going on. She could easily tell her Maa now and get out of this wedding saving herself of a lot of things.

i think she just does it to protect her family - there is no man in the house in which pragya is trying to be the man of the house and keep the family in tact but i wouldn't want sarla to die, perhaps a hospital scene will happen, where she wont forgive abhi, he would feel bad and all he can think about is that family, even sidelining tanu but i never knew about broken heart syndrome - it would be a good twist to add - so looking forward to the coming episodes😊

Interesting but I think in Sarlas case she will be able to stand like a piller for Pragya, remember the arresting scene in the policestation when she was asking Pragya what was wrong, she didn't faint or anything but was really strong, a mother who can protact her children.
