Well this is my outlook hjfanatic,
In terms of chemistry, the CV's so far have mainly been showin' more of this w/Surya & Purbul but as an audience we can see chemistry with either both romantic & non-romantic scenes. W/Surya, we are seeing their chemistry more through their friendship while w/Purbul, have seen their chemistry through their fighting & we saw them express their feelings for eachother but this doesn't mean that we'll never see chemistry w/Surul. So far there are certain things w/Suresh & Bulbul that are goin' more against them. They're not close friends, the romantic feeling between them is not mutual, & we are not seeing them arguing for example but I think Surul will be a more slow burning, dark horse pair who will surprise us. We will eventually see them sizzle. Anyways, I never underestimated Surul & I still don't 😊. As for Purliya, well, they're the least liked pairing on the forum in terms of chemistry at present but the Cv's haven't given them that many more heated scenes (I am thinkin' both unromantic & romantic scenes here).
There are times in real life where the person one ends up with is actually not a person they had instant sizzling chemistry with. Yes, I like seeing this chemistry I am mentioning but honestly I don't care too much about when I see I see it I guess.
As for Purliya (Purab + Aliya). At first, I wasn't into this pair, mainly because I don't think they look good together but then I thought of Bradley & Angel who played Arthur & Gwen on British show I used to watch- "Merlin". I thought this way of them too & although I didn't know it at the time, Angel is a few years older than Bradley. Anyways, I actually ended up really Iikin' Arwen. Please don't throw tomatoes & chappals at me for this post 😆. Do I really like Purliya? Well, so far I am not too in them in the romantic sense but I like both Surul & Purbul & the only girl I usually see Suresh ending up with is Bulbul so I decided that even though the CV's seem at least kinda he'll bent on pairing our cutey Purab w/Aliya, I am just gonna try to be open w/Purliya thinkin' that they might end up being like how Arwen was for me & I know this decision is kinda a risky one 😕 but this is how I am w/"Kumkum Bhagya". I even made the decision that KB is gonna end up being the last Indian serial I follow... Well, I don't know if this is gonna actually end up happening 😆 but I am waiting to find an Indian serial which I actually end up likin' from beginning to end. So far this hasn't happened w/me yet 😔. Then again one could argue to not have this expectation of this show since it's a Zee &/or Ekta serial.
Also I just wanna confess, there was a girl who I used to imagine Purab with & it's Purvi. I seriously told myself to not get attached Purab + Purvi 😆 since the chances of this Jodi happening are not too high & I am better off forgetting about this pairing.
Speakin' of Soham & Gauri, I also liked this pairing but I was less crazy about them than some other odd Indian serial pairs like Gunjhun (Guddu + Runjhun) from "Bhagonwali" & Indishi (Indira + Risha) from "General Didi" for example. Anyways, I feel the writers should have gone either two ways w/the Soham & Gauri pairing. They could've showed them ending up together or they could have shown Gauri ending up w/Sachin & introduced a new female character to the show where unlike what happened w/Gauri, she would seriously fall in love w/Soham & she would want to marry him only but the CV's didn't go down either of these routes & decided to go the unromantic, sad case route w/him having kids to two different women who he may have never felt any true love for😭. Out of all the male characters on "Pavitra Rishta" & the CV's treatment of them, Soham has been the most love deprived one. The one woman he had romantic love for never ended up being his- neither his girlfriend, neither his wife. Heck, I don't even remember her sayin' that she likes him back. At least w/Purbul, we are seein' mutual romantic feelings w/them & we're seeing them as boyfriend & girlfriend. I am just gonna brace myself & have my fingers crossed for my dear KB. Come to think of it, this show is actually goin' in the opposite direction of a lot of Zee shows since it's not about one main couple where most of the fans of the show are mainly into this one main couple & unlike a lot of Zee serials where the main heroine ends up w/the very first guy she fall for well, KB is not sticking w/this concept, is it? Perfect example- Pragya ending up w/Abhi even though her first love is Suresh.
