No he really called her kishmish. The first time in front of Dadi because he called Pragya chashmish in front of her and then turned chashmish into kishmish so Dadi doesnt get angry. Now he started to call her lile that sometimes. :)

@questions about kishmish - what Bini said above^, but also it's sort of a pun - kishmish sounds like chashmish, so Abhi can pretend that's what he said if someone overhears chashmish and gets offended. Kishmish would be a cute nickname, like sweetie, b/c raisins are sweet...

@Bini about lyrics: from what I can tell, Allah Waariyan is difficult to translate because it uses a verb form that doesn't directly exist in English. Also, it is really a song about friendship, from a movie about a group of close young friends (Yaariyan), so it's interesting that the CVs are using it as a love song...

The subtitlers for ZeeTV Canada translate this

O main toh haariyan
O tooti yaariyan mila de oye!

as

My life is dedicated to the love of my life
Oh God! Unite me with my beloved

Which is not really what the lines say at all; a more exact translation might be

O (Lord) Allah
Oh I have lost (everything)
Oh restore/reunite my broken friendships

I like the translation here, it comes pretty close to how I understand the song. But I should note that I am not 100% fluent in Hindi, for the record 😳
