she was indeed trying to help you and furthermore, it is against the rule to spam, which my friend, is what you were doing, because it is only fitting that you post your question in the enquiry desk where help is sure to come. Your seperate post was not needed.

Ammmu was trying to help and you did not understand her, she was not at all insulting you.
