Recap: The lawyers are fighting the case in court. Rajilakshmi has bribed Vikram's lawyer to lose the case.
Today:
Vasu is doing puja when she hears a car coming. She gets happy thinking Niyati is here. She takes the pooja thali and goes out. Padma and Vikram come out but Niyati isnt there. Vasu thinks Niyati is playing a joke with her and tells her to come out. She doesnt come. Vasu realises she isnt there. She asks Vikram as to why Niyati isnt home yet. Vikram is silent. Padma consoles her saying she will be here tomorrow. Since the time ran out, she couldn't come, but not to worry, the case is on their side now. Padma is a little releived.
Niyati is sitting in jail. Rajveer comes to meet her. He tells her that she should tell everyone the truth. People are talking bad about her. He cant take the way Niyati is. (Mujhse tumhari yeh haalat nahin dekhi jaati). He says that he knows the truth. Niyati says that he swore on Carol that he wouldnt say anything. He says ok. Niyati requests Raj not to come to court tomorrow. He is shocked and silent. Finally he says ok, he will not come, but he will do what he has to do. Raj walks away leaving Niyati shocked. She is yelling for him but he won't turn around. She starts to cry.
Carol is pacing eagerly at home waiting for Raj. He comes home and sits down. She asks him what happened. He says that Niyati isnt listening. He says that now he will have to do something. He will have to break the kasam. Carol is confused. Raj says he will tell her later. Carol says hurry up because we dont have time. She says Niyati has not killed Amit. She knows this because she knows who has killed Amit. Raj is shocked.
The court session has started. The judge is about to say the verdict but asks the lawyers if they have anything to say. The opposition lawyer says he has a witness. A waiter from that hotel comes. He says he saw Niyati go into his room with her face covered. He came back 10 minutes later to give Amit's dinner that he ordered when he saw Niyati trying to get the blood off her hands while Amit was lying on the floor dead with the knife in him. Everyone is shocked. The judge is about to say the verdict now when Shourya walks in! He says he would like to say something. The judge allows him. He calls Raj. Niyati is shocked. She tells Raj that he has her kasam (aapko meri kasam) he will not say anything. She begs him. He says he will not break the kasam, but he says that he knows who has killed Amit. The opposition lawyer says what kind of a joke is this. Both lawyers are shocked and irritated, along with Raji. The judge allows Raj to speak. Raj says his wife Carol killed Amit Sahai! (the video stopped here).
