The reason of why Natasha hates Ranbir is because Ranbir is trying to expose Natasha to the media and Natasha doesn't want that to happen so she hates Ranbir. Though,Natasha is really Kanya but Kanya doesn't know she is Natasha becuz of split personality. Ranbir doesn't know she is Natasha too.
