The next morning comes and Kanya gets up way before Ranbir. She knows that if she waited then he would not let her leave. She quickly goes and gets ready and then comes back to their room. He's still asleep

K: yeh Ranbir bhi nah, its already 9 and he's still not up
She walks over to him and starts shaking him
K: ranbir wake up! Wake up its 9
R: let me sleep yaar
K: no get up. Don't you have to go to the office today
R: no today I'll take a day off
K: wait what did you say?
R: I said no work today
K: I must be hearing something wrong. Ranbir Nanda and saying no to work
R: this is the new ranbir nanda. I want to spend time with you and you keeping trying to get rid of me
K blushes: no I don't
R: yess. Then why did you get up so early and keep checking to make sure I was asleep
Kanya giggles: because I know your really naughty and wouldn't let me go. Plus we cant just spend all day in our room. Everyone I mean Pooja Di and Shanta tai will get suspicious. When we go back to our house then we can do whatever you want
R: hmm our house. It sounds nice nah?
K: yeah now get up and get ready. I'll get your breakfast ready
Shes about to walk away but he grabs her and pulls her onto the bed.
K: ranbir let go what if someone comes in
Ranbir starts laughing: so what? Its not like I'm doing anything to you. We're just sitting beside each other
Kanya blushes and tries to get up
R: inless you want me to do something
He starts kissing her neck lightly. Kanya is enjoying it but can hear people outside there room
K: Ranbir stop it….stop
He's not stopping so she pushes him away and then gives him a hard kiss on the lips and then runs away
When she gets to the door she turns around to see him. He is still in shock that she did that
K: hurry up and come outside. And don't do anything naughty infront of my family please. I get really uncomfortable. Especially if my dad's there
She leaves. Ranbir laughs and is thinking of something to get back at her

Ranbir gets ready and goes out to eat breakfast at the table

Everyone is busy doing there own thing and kanya is standing near the table. He goes and stands next to her and slowly puts his arm around her waist.

She looks at him and gives him a killer look

She then whispers: stop it my dads right there

R: so what? We're married

K: I know we are. But still

R: Fine

And he lets go of her and walks away

He walks over towards Pooja and Adita and stands in between them. They all seem to be laughing about something.

Kanya walks over

K: whats so funny?

R: nothing really

And they all burst out laughing again

K: no really what is it?

Ranbir puts his arms around Pooja and Adita's shoulders and pulls them closer

He makes a really sexy face: so ladies should we tell her?

Pooja and Adita start giggling: no no hehehe

Kanya is flaming with anger and jealousy: what the hell is he doing? And why is Pooja Di standing there? She still thinks this is a contract marriage

K: Ranbir I need to talk to you

R: I'm busy

K: I'm serious I need to talk to you (she looks at her sisters) alone!

R: come on kanya, you had me all to yourself last night. Now let me spend sometime with my favourite sister-in-laws and those most beautiful women in this chawl

Adita and Pooja can't stop giggling and are acting all flirty with their Jiju

R: why don't you 2 take me out today and show me some places around here

A: yeah sure Ranbir

P: yeah Jiju we'll have lots of fun. we'll go to these places where i do my shootings

They continue making plans and Ranbir is just ignoring Kanya but still glancing at her

Kanya can't take him ignoring her anymore and she grabs his hand and drags him into their room.

She pushes him in the room and locks it from inside
Ranbir is on the bed laughing his head off, while kanya is just standing there with her arms crossed

R: kanya I think theres something burning in the house!

K: shut up ranbir! I hate you

R is still laughing so hard that he has tears in his eyes

R: kanya that's what you get for ignoring me. So I just went to people that were giving me some attention

K: ahh ranbir I hate you!

She runs and takes a pillow and starts hitting him

She hits his arm: that's for trying to romance with me infront of my dad

She hits his other arm: that's for walking away from me

She hits his chest: that's for flirting with my sisters

She runs behind him and hits his back: that's for ignoring me

She infront of him again is about to hit his head but he grabs her arms and bring her close

R: and this is for being so damn hot ( he leans in to kiss her)

Knock Knock!

R: this is the problem at your house. Every 5 minutes someone is around to disturb us

K: shut up and let me open the door

She opens the door and its Pammi

P: ranbir beta hurry up and get ready. The girls are waiting

R: yup Pammi the Mummy I'm coming. I hope your coming too

P: yes my sweet Jamai Raja. Now hurry up

She turns towards kanya

P: kanya get ready too. Aren't you coming?

K: where?

P: we're all going shopping for the fashion show

Kanya thinks about how the shopping trip: Ranbir will just keep on trying to make me jealous. And will act like a goody good infront of my mom

K: no mom I don't feel good

P: okay beta you rest. Ranbir hurry up lets go

R: coming Pammi the Mummy

K: No mom. I need Ranbir to stay with me

P: if that's fine with him. You two can go in the evening to the stores

K: okay bye mom. Have fun

She shuts the door and walks over to the cupboard and starts going through her clothes. Ranbir comes and puts his arms around her

R: kanya if your not feeling well, please sit down and rest

K: no stupid I have to get ready

R: ready for what?

K: for shopping

R is confused: wait but you just said no to your mom so….?

She turns around and puts her arms around his neck: because I want to shopping with you alone

Ranbir is soo happy and proud of kanya that she thought of something like this. He leans in and gives her a sweet kiss on her lips

K: ranbir lets hurry up and leave before anyone sees us

R: but where we going to go?

K: well I know my family will have just gone to the local bazaar here because its close but we'll go to the designer shops downtown

R: oh so you mean that you just want to spend money today

K: yes. I think you should pamper me a little today after giving me such a hard time

R: oh really

He picks her up in his arms and carries her out to the car. And tells the driver to take a day off because he will be driving today

They sit in the car and kanya leans over and gives him a hard kiss on the cheek

K: your honestly the best husband anyone can ask for

R: I know. Everyone tells me that. Especially your sisters

He winks at her and laughs

She just laughs and hits his arm: ranbir you'll never change!
