Kanya's attempt of reaching home early also leads her to a moment where her fake identity as Shanaya almost comes to jeopardy, but she escapes the situation in comical manner where she points at a house that has all the lights switched off as her bunglow only to be revealed that it is actually Amitabh Bachhans bunglow.

Much to Kanya's dismay her escapade only adds trouble for Pooja as while she gets excused for coming late back home but poor Pooja has to face harsh words from her father, who is already upset by her nature of profession and now the photograph published of her holding a drink in her hand with her coulleges in a popular tabloid.

Her explanations fail to satisfy Anant, which ultimately leads to a heated argument between the father and the daughter, where Anant leaves the situation by laying his decision that Pooja either will leave the job or will have to leave the house. When Kanya goes to console her elder sister she gets shortly joined by Pummi, her mother who for the first time rather then supporting her show's her disappointment on the series of event and reveals in much emotional moment about the turmoil that it has brought in their newly married elder sisters life.
