i think the expressions on his face when he was talking to akki in his bedroom said it all .... looks like ranbir knows what akki is up to

I feel like Ranbir may know something. Don't you think all of this may be planned so he could somehow cure Kanya? Perhaps he kind of found of that Akki had some history in relations with Natasha...so thats why he brought him in? It could be that he's trying to find out Natasha's past...Ranbir's character does seem kind of suspicious at the moment...he's too, too serious.
And didn't the mysterious caller in the episode at the end (talking to Rishi) kind of sound like Ranbir?
