No more character roles for Dimple
The main lead of Kuch Is Tara Dimple Jhangiani aka Kanya is an upset actress these days. The reason being that the show is being pulled off air. It's not even a year since the show was launched and now it has been yanked off.
'I'm feeling bad as the show is being pulled off. When I heard the shocking news I was really upset though I don't know the exact reason,' says Dimple.
Talking about Kuch Is Tara she explains, 'I feel really lucky to be part of such a good project. In my first show I got a chance to play a positive (Kanya) as well as negative shade( Natasha) . The show will be on air for a month or so and we all are very stressed out.
Though all of us including Ekta wanted this show to go on for long there have been some problems from the channel I basically don't have much idea about what went wrong. I just heard that channel needed more drama and Ekta wanted to keep it different from her other shows. But things did not work out and thus she decided to pull the show it off air,' she adds further.
So what's next for this bubbly actress? 'After this I don't want go for character roles. I would like to do something that portrays my right age, something young and nice,' she concludes
