Nursery needs to be there, and so does some extra space for Nidhi's things and books. I loved Baba advising for the home to be shifted to.

Ashutosh came out early in the morning from his bedroom n looked for baba n Armaan..both were walking in the garden..admiring the flowers that were blooming now that november had arrived.."Aaja Ashu..chai le aaoon"?asked Armaan n Ashutosh replied"abhi mann nahi..Armaan ek minute baat karni thi tujhse.."Armaan looked at his life long friend"kya baat Ashu..bol na"!Ashutosh sat in a garden chair n elaborated"Armaan ab family badh rahi hai..tu jaanta hai nidhi is expecting twins..so main soch raha tha..infact baba ka idea hai...but if it suits you as well..."??Armaan narrowed his eyes n said"kahin tu muhhe ghar se jaane ko to nahi keh raha ..naalaayak..kyunki mai kahin nahi jaanewala..main apne bhateejon ko khilaaoonga..haan tu mujhe kahega ki main lawn me reh loon...ya toilet me..to its fine with me.."!Ash smiled impatiently "aap meri baat sunenge.."?and Armaan replied"farmasiye dr Hardstone"!and Ashutosh explained "baba jas suggested ki uss..pyraane ghar me shift kar jaayein..its v huge..but u also need to agree..nahi to phir yahi kuch plan karenge..."!Armaan laughed n said"brilliant idea..vaba ka hoga..kyunki tera itta dimaag hai hi nahi"!and as baba laughed and Ashutosh glared,Armaan said"i am absolutely fine with it..we should start doing up the house..n infact shift before ..Tingu mingu arrive..nidhi should be comfortable there.."!Ashutosh smiled in thankfullness ...as his kaka shouted"dekh Ashu..nidhi beti aawaaz de rahi hai.."!Dr Ashutosh rushed in..to find nidhi sitting awkwardly with her head down...he immediately came a held her..n observed she was panting..he rubbed her back..till the breathing stabilisation n then said"breathlessness. .ho jaati hai ..its normal..with twins..your heart is pumping for three now!!..you need to take it easy nidhi..kya kar rahi thi..bolo"??nidhi caught her breath n pointed to the books.."arrange kar rahi thi..buss breathing..."Ashutosh held her n calmed her down.."buss chup...dont speak. .ud be fine"!and nidhi closed her eyes...as As3put his protective hand on her bump..n nestled her protectively. ...He knew nidhi needed care...utmost care..

"Kaka kholiye to plz "said Ashutosh as kaka opened the main door of the big house that had once been the home to baba..

Ashutosh stepped in..as baba brought nidhi in..followed by Armaan ..

The furniture was all covered but yes there were layers of dust ...just as layers settle on old memories n happenings..on relationships...

As nidhi walked around the hall n then peeped below the piano cover. .the dust made her cough violently and Dr Ashutosh caught her n got her into the verandah...making her sit on a lovely garden bench..he said"tum baitho..let us check the house...u come in the next time after its been cleaned..ok"??and nidhi nodded...as Ashutosh went in and the men had a detailed look ...and Arman said"Ashu..its a huge house..but two floors hain..first floor pe...kaun rahega"??Ashutosh thought a while n said.."we could have our studies here..you could have a work place..i mean where u can work on ur designs...first of all..lets get it cleaned...n the lawn weeded out..kaka apni team organise kariye..."!and kaka smiled as baba emerged to find nidhi taking over the cell phone...he heard the words "ok..Anji..best of luck..do well..but come back soon...Arth will miss you"!and she had tears in her eyes...as she looked at baba..followed by dr Ashutosh as Armaan was helping baba lock the house..

She explained "Anji is leaving tonight...its strange but i feel very bad for Arth..kaise rahega maa ke bina"!!!and tears flowed out...as baba looked at Ashutosh who sighed n said"nidhi...anji humesha ke liye thode hi jaa rahi hai...kuch meheeno ki to baat hai...aajayegi waapas"!nidhi bit her lip n said"jaante hain...uske excitement mein..Advit ke liye koi chinta hi nahi thi...pata nahi..."and she looked away..into the future that somehow scared her...

"Yes...speaking.."said Ashutosh into his cell in the morning as nidhi was getting ready..n then added"but how can this be??no ..its unacceptable. .a traversity of justice..i d oppose it..for sure..aap papers ready kariye.."and as he disconnected ..Nidhi looked up..questions in her eyes...

Ashutosh seemed agitated as he said"Advocate Luthra...Mallika's brother has moved her bail papers on grounds of her ill health. ..we are going to oppose it...for sure.."Nidhi looked perplexed ...but then collected gerself and said"chaliye bahut kaam hai..."and Ashutosh nodded..

The day was chequered with dr Ranganath disturbed by Anji's delightful departure..."she didnt even look back to wave at us..."and Dr Ashutosh was away to discuss matters with the lawyer...Nidhi drove home alone..n found it tough..the babies were now moving..and as she reached home..she struggled to come out of the car...she ws missing dr Ashutosh!

He came late...she was reading case histories..but looked at him..he sighed "papers are ready...she has TB..we r contesting that she can be treated in the jail hospital. .but not given bail..bcoz she can be a threat to you..."and Nidhi's eyes were grey...

"Nidhi...now you cant save yourself...i am back...n how"!!!!it was dr mallika with her hair open...n a scissors in her hands she attacked nidhi...as Nidhi shouted ..n shreiked...n was immediately engulfed in a bear hug. .with a hand on her bump..."na..na haan..all is well...main hoon na..dekho idhar"!!and nidhi looked at Ashutosh n struggled to speak...she put all her apprehensions in one word..."Dr Mallika "!!and Ashutosh hugged her close n tight...determined to protect her from all dangers...this time..

The whole day yesterday I was feeling restless as my mother passed away on this day six years ago.Being together even after marriage I really miss her.

So I was reading. Ashni bas Ashni thread and suddenly got a message of this update.

It helped me to divert my attention.
