But sometime the pull towards negative side is too much that it will be difficult to get out but as you said , its all depend on what we choose ,and how we think ...but human mind can be so manipulative sometime, we might not even know where our mind is leading us until we crash ...but on moment as such , one must always remember that , we can get back on our feet no matter how far down we have fallen 😊
