'Why do planets have only elliptical orbits?'
Let aside hands...no one in the class raised their heads even...
5 feet 10 inch tall Ashutosh tried to curl himself into the size of a foot ball and push himself under the desk.... but unfortnately, that foot ball could not escape from goal post...I mean, from geography teacher's sharp eyes.
'Yes, Ashutosh... answer me '
Reluctant Ashutosh's legs made him stand.. his eyes started focussing on everywhere but on the teacher... In that process, his eyes met a nasty scene in the first row of the class...where Nidhi and Anji usually perch together... At present, these two are splitting in silent giggles... Everyone in the class were avoiding both Ashutosh's and teacher's eyes.

'Mallika.. why dint you give me any hint in the class?'.. Ashutosh hissed at his friend of 12 years... Akhir they were friends since their preschool..
But Mallika was equally in rage... 'if at all you had looked at me, surely you would have escaped from that geography humiliation...but you were busy in checking Nidhi'...
Ashutosh considered this for a while... there are definite advantages in being friends with Mallika.. he could escape from any humiliation ..even in the toughest geometry class...
But..but.. 'how to get the attention of NIDHI???...' ... A small voice (called antaratma in black gown and a pointy tail) suggested him... 'be friends with Mallika and be a hero by answering geography...automatically Nidhi will start admiring you'...
If only Ashutosh studied himself... he would have surely become a hero everywhere and avoided Mallika-the werewolf... alas... kya kare.....unko Mallika ke haathon mein katputli banana tha...
Moral of the story: jo hona tha...voh ho hi jaayega
