Our 'Forever thin forum friends group (FTFFG)' have formed a group on whatsapp and planning attacks... such as, visibly grinding teeth, not playing Tupu's GOTW- Khana Khazana...etc etc...
So I thought, I will make post(s) to satisfy the palate of our FTFFG... Akhir mera expertise in gaining weight bhi kahi toh kaam aaye...😉😆
Here are few tips from me:
1. I have that body condition... even if I smell the chicken biryani cooking six streets away, I gain half a kilo weight here.
2. I have 33 teeth. The extra one is sweet tooth and being extra, it is special. So, I pay tributes to that single tooth by eating more sweets.
3. Eating gives me pleasure and exercise gives me pain. My grandmother always taught me, I should do whatever gives me pleasure. Ofcourse, I need energy to exercise..
4. By nature, potatoes make perfect finger food but not carrots to munch between meals... who am I to go against nature?
5. Sages of yore said...'Aadmi ka dil ka rasta pet se hota hai... '...I am an aam(mango) admi...and I dont and cannot deny someone feeding me to know my dil.
6. I am a married woman. Yeh mera farz hai ki, I must serve what is good to my family. So sampling the food before serving is necessary... and I must samples for salt / mirch / ghee / dhania / hot /...etc.
7. TV shows give lots of tension... I need some energy pumping to my brain on second guessing what is going on in the saas / bahu ke dimag... I need food for that
Oh.. dekhte dekhte hi magical seven number aagaya... I occupy all the space physically.. but, I think I must leave space for others atleast here...
