Dear friends sorry have been of the forum with only an occasional peep , but have been busy with work , IT returns , and thanks to u all have finally had the courage to publish my poems , a very new field for a novice like me , so going crazy trying to write , get things in order , look at everything , when it comes out will let u know ,at present am posting a new poem for u all , hope u like it and will let me know how it goes
Beautiful day
As I look at life , myriad of colors ,
A visual feast,
The beauty of the sunrise ,
Touching the clouds ,
And setting them alight ,
The birds , all eager in daylight,
To fly , play , and romance,
Flowers turning their faces to the sun,
Purple ,pink, yellow , white ,
They are such a delight .
Yet we as humans fret ,
Worry , cry , and grumble ,
Why don't we just let go ,
And live each day ,
As it comes ,
Glorious in every way ,
Change what we can ,
And let destiny do the rest ,
Maybe by letting go ,
We can forgo,
All the pain , and sorrow
And just be happy in the morrow
Waiting for your thoughts
