I was a Doe of the green gardens...I would jump and play all day...Sometimes boisterous laughs and sometimes giggles...I was like a young Butterfly...From the colourful world of childhood,To the dull lights of adulthood...The greenery of my gardens,Had taken on a yellowish shade...I being a thirsty doe,Would sit by the shore, and desire of clean waters...The waters that touched my feet at the shore seem dirty,And the waters far away into the ocean seem to be clean and pure...I an innocent one, stepped into the waters of the deep ocean...With a pot in hand to fill, and a beautiful dream of clear waters...The more I walked into the waters, the more my desires took me farther...The only desire was that of crystal clear waters...Where have my desires brought me?All around me was water till my shoulders...And clean waters? No where around!The route I took till now to come here,I looked back at it...Whoa! The clean waters were at the shore itself!!!The roaring waves of the oceans on my face, felt like slaps!!!I got scared! Where have my desires taken me to?And now? Now these desires seem to be on the same shore, where the thirst of Love appeared to me as dirt!!!My eyes went hazy...Tears had clouded them up...Then is when I understood, clear waters are just earthly desires, and Desires were illusions...Love is only what u find on your shore...With difficult steps, fighting against the currents, I became desperate to return to my shore...After great difficulties, when the I reached a place where the water touched my feet, my eyes again welled up with tears...This shore is the one, that inspite if wetting us, does not let us drown...Just like our close ones, who do not let us get lost in the world...A few moments back, the water that was touching my feet,I took them on my palm, and put it on my forehead...OUR DEAR ONES... SOMETIMES THEY RESPECT US... AND THE OTHER TIMES WE RECPECT THEM...!!!
