I loved it and literally laughed out loudly..

Your additions are brilliant..Ranga lost in the thoughts of his childhood with buffaloes!!!

Now Dr.Dubey is going to look for a lady patient in her late thirties admitted due to injuries???

I think Dr.Dubey is going to create mayhem in KGH...I can imagine Ashu's plight...
