neck pain doesn't come always..its only when i get tense typing an emotional chapter and forget to take care of the posture while sitting.

don't use the internal mouse. get the normal one and attach it to the laptop. and make sure your elbow is resting on the handrest of the chair. it should not left hanging in the air. that will give the wrist and shoulder pain.

The chap beautifully illuminates the many facets of our most elemental human relationship, from father daughter to Ashu Anji!

The first part probes the forging of a bond between father and-daughter pair, and DB offers a loopy fable of maternal connection . Needless to say it is a beautifully crafted scene, Nidhi sinking on her knees , col Verma n DB tenderly caressing he... prodigious art ability .

I should havhe known my daughter's choice would be an excellent one and she is not the one to take a step unless she is really sure about it.

Tum teek hi kehti thi Nandini..when we tell her to make her own decisions, we should also be willing to trust those decisions.

Beautiful dramatization of the strength and support of parents in every walk of life, u chart the gulf of misunderstanding that divided col Verma n Nidhi and the ways love can sometimes find to cross it. These emotions and feelings n trust can morph the best in a child hence Nidhi had a strong belief that her choice to choose Ashu was right n her father too wud accept this one day!

Anji Ashu bonding into a sweet relation where Anji is a pillar of support for both Ashni .

Ashu: Armaan..yaar..

It finally sinks into Armaan then: Ashu..Ashu mere dost..you are NOT your father yaar. Everything from the person you are today to the profession you have chosen to be in states and proves that you are not your father. Vishwaas rakh mere bhai.

Prodding and cajoling Ashu, they r buddies who abide by an honor code of silence and secrecy. U paint the picture well here and gives us glimpses of the camaraderie the two share...their silence speaks volumes!

The entire convo b/w Dr. R n Ashu was the heart of the chap n I devoured it . It was a fascinating tour of the findings in neuroscience and evolution that illuminate how the brain produces, from its web of billions of neurons and chaos of liquid electrical pulses, the richness of human experience that makes us who we are. The way Dr. R describes the aspects of his personality most importantly, his ability to relate to and care for his family , patients n others he doesn't even know ----fundamental lessons of self-mastery that will enable him to discover his true purpose, take control of his life and harness the forces that wud shape his life.

Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul, sings the tune without the words and never stops at all.

Loved the phrase. It's inspiring and humbling to see the strength of human spirit and intelligence and need to connect, even in the face of unthinkable trauma.

He came out of the OT 20 minutes back. I know. I checked. Will he come or won't he? Whats going to win? His love or his fear? God! Please! Don't let his fear win. Ma..do something ma.

No relationship is quite as primal as the one between a mother and her daughter. Girls grow up and our energy is largely turned toward our moms. Nidhi in her fight between optimism n love and her fear turns to her mom for strength. How endearing!

The entire 'mammal' episode n the hot chocolate incidents brings a wide smile during the emotional chapter.
Written with touches of humor, love, and insight I treasured each word.

some scenes Deepali..are very easy to visualize but when it comes down to penning them down you are left floundering as to what..how..this is one of them. the part where he puts his head in her lap in the previous chapter and this one is a single part that flowed seemlessly in my mind but wording the whole thing was a challenge.

👏 you got that absolutely right. Armaan doesn't need to counsel or mouth worldly advices here. his presence is an unconditional support and pillar of strength for Ashu.

all thanks to Doc.

that bonding between mother daughter was missing in the previous version. glad i didn't make the same mistake this time around..

The entire update is fab. BB-DB visit is so emotional and could feel their pain and love for Nidhi. You have expressed it really well.

Suvika I loved to imagine Ashu's expressions in this part

One snap of Nidhi, when she was about 3 years old, with mud smeared on her face and two small cute pigtails hanging on either side, makes him laugh out aloud. Making sure that no one is watching, he quickly takes the picture and puts it in his wallet. He looks up to see that Anji has caught him

I was so upset, tired and really underlot of stress but you really made me laugh whole heartedly . Oh God I will never forget this in my life.🤣
with the exception of snails, whose genitalia is on their necks..even squirrels do it facing away from each other.

And now I will keep guessing if he will come at the last moment or he wont come at all🤔
