not planning to write anything until mid October because once i start, the story takes over me and i can't put my mind to anything else until it is done.

thank you so much Ishani..took a lot of research and lots of arguments and counter arguments with my editor but i think its worth it. i have never enjoyed so much before. each and every FF and OS made me think so much...glad you enjoyed them too..really glad.

Yes Kashmir is indeed a very beautiful place, went there last year as tourist and this time as a person trying to understand the psyche of young people who have faced conflict day in and out. I saw the beauty and the horror both in the lives of the people there.

Well the basic premises of KAshmakash was there in the story I heard from one of the young girl ( AShu's character though here it is reverse the girl is like Ashu) when your past experience preoccupies you so much that one can't even believe that you are not what you think of yourself to be. The story I heard from this girl who was her mother being ill treated by the father and mother never protested, she hates her mother for this and feels she is also weak like her mother and won't be bale to stand up when something goes worng in the marital relationship her mom was a univ prof, have now fallen in love with someone ( a doctor to be precise) in a govt hospital, the guy also loves her but she feels she won't be able to marry him and have peace as she very deeply resents any married relationship. The doctor is slowly helping her to get over it.

Congrats so which one is getting redy to be published?
