Wonderful post Kakoli. 👍🏼 This is the journey of Ashu whose life changed from bleak and gray to laughter and colors.
When we started Ashu was existing, a loner, lonely as ever, bitter about everything and towards everyone except his work. He had nothing to look forward to,😭 just some memories of a happy past spent with BB. He was at the top of his field professionally but personally he was in an emotional wasteland. When BB suddenly disappeared he felt betrayed by the only family he had known, and all that anger he felt at that desertion he directed it towards the unknown girl to whom BB had left his house. 😡 The house was Ashu's last connection with family, it was like a living object for him. BBs desertion took away any hopes Ashu had then had of a future or of having his own family one day. In fact the house that used to welcome him was now locked and out of bounds for him...
In the last scene Ashu was not just existing anymore, he was living his life to the fullest and enjoying every single moment of it. From being a loner he was now surrounded by a houseful of family and friends including his Baba who was back with him. But most importantly he now had a loving wife and soon they will have a baby, a symbol of their love. He will never be alone anymore. He was at peace with life, had made new happy memories in the last year and was looking forward to making many more beautiful memories. His future, both personally and professionally was bright. Home to him was where his wife was, he did not bricks and mortar to find home anymore. From standing outside a house that was closed to him, he was now sitting in front of one that was thrown open to all.😳
@Koyel, I used the same sentence in my 'Timeless moment' post... initially we had Ashu and Nidhi but now they are Ashni... 😃
