Top 7 reasons why I dont condemn Nidhi !

Ohh yes ..this is one of those days when I make a serious post ..but I cant help it ...
I was going through some posts and realised many people are really miffed about Nidhi and her "immature " behaviour.
I dont support her at all, what she has done is wrong and she should be sorry ...however, I think the circumstances need to be taken into consideration as well .
Here are my top 7 reasons why I dont think I need to condemn her ..just let it be..

Seven..Nidhi has shown extra ordinary maturity when it came to mallika ..no woman would take the kinda nonsense she did from Mallika .But she did, not once but twice .Despite knowing that the woman in question is madly in love with her husband and would go to any extent to be able to get him,she supported her husband while he was answering the call of humanity...till she could.

Six..How many of us really are that honest may I ask? Given a chance ,how many of us would not try to get the easy way out of a problem? How many of us have never ever given a bribe..may be at passport office? or RTO ? or for a gas/telephone connection? How many of us dont call our friends for small "favors" at work? I agree we dont like doing it ,but we do it yes ...even if we dont wanna admit it .

Five...Nidhi has tried to sneak in old food alright .It wasnt as if she was giving him food which was going to harm him ..I know there are certain protocols at the workplace which need to be followed..but how many of us can say (with crossed hearts !) that we follow each and every protocol which is written in our company manual? Do we always always shut down our pcs or atleast turn off monitors when we leave office? Are we always always dot in at 9am .Do we always give sufficient notice when we want a leave? Are we always really sick when we call in sick at work? Do we not bring small food items or chocolates and candies at workstations?(Dunno about other industries ,but in IT ,it is a strict no no!)

Four.Nidhi shouldnt have mixed personal and professional life alright...I agree ..then I would really like to know who in KGH is a 100% professional? Ashu who fired her or the Ashu who hired the same woman who was fired some months ago coz of disciplinary issues? Or Mallika who forced Ashu to fire her? Or Ranga who used to flirt with every woman he met before Anji- be it a patient ,nurse or a doctor? Or even DD who comments on nidhi's immaturity at the first opportunity he gets? Was born troublemaker and his dialogue about Nidhi when Ashu said she was a good doctor ,a very professional statement? and suits a person who has experience of minimum 30-35yrs? Also his statement about women laughing ? As long as they are laughing in the breakout area and not creating nuisance in the work space,I think its fine...and acceptable.
Besides, how many of us actually are 100% professional? Did no one of us shout at our bosses? or cracked a joke or two during work? or opened a website other than the websites we are supposed to ?

Three.Agreed Nidhi shouldnt have created a scene .But then shouldnt have Ashu shown some maturity and ask her to come in the cabin instead of yelling back at her? Where is Ashu's maturity here?

Two.This is one of the most realistic shows I have ever seen (except khushi track !) .This show tells us that all of us are not either black or white .There are grey shades in each one of us and we all behave maturely or immaturely depending on the circumstances.Do each one of us behave the same way we do when we are at a sit down dinner at a restaurant and in front of a golgappa waala ? or when we are eating at home? or when we see a chocolate? or when we are cutting a cake during a friend's birthday celebration?

One.Nidhi used Ashu to sneak in the food ...accepted .She cheated him..fine .But then it was for a good cause .She did indulge BB when he was at JS ...didnt she? Wouldnt she have done the same thing if BB or say DB was admitted? Yes it was foolish ..but she has her heart in the right place ..which is a rare thing these days .Dunno how many "mature people" would go to that extent for a person they barely know .

PS-Some of you may be following all the rule books ever written to the T. Iam talking about real people who are not perfect and not idealists.

Agree with u. Thumbs up for the post. I agree whole heartedly bcoz as u said i m not an idealist nor am i perfect, and according to me no one is. Everyone has their flaws be it ashu or nidhi. I belong to this real world with my set of shortcomings. Also, as u pointed in ur post regarding BB, i would like to ask ashu, wat would he have done if there was BB in place of that old man??

WOW Deepa, great post what a thought provoking one...
i completely agree with all 7, but more so with 3 & 1. Esp. 3 - i felt strange when ashu, instead of calling her to his cabin, shouted her down right there...if nidhi was immature to talk to him in front of the others, she had a reason an excuse - age. but ashu could have salvaged both their dignities as he is the matured partner, both in age as well as professionally. And yet, he acted more immaturely than her.

Your post made me think ...

Ashu shouldn't have argued in the corridor...plus even DD shows a lot of immaturity at times.
