I have suggested similar reasons in one of my replies to this post.

1. Water conservation effort by DD

2. Zhagada at home, no breakfast, so BF banane mein time laga...so no shaving.

3. Nidhi ne geyser off kar diya ya phir paani chala gaya...

4. to repel some other female interns who had an inclination towards hugging him...

As Dr. Ashutosh - I like him clean shaved to suit his profression that too a surgeon. I hope he is shooting for Ramleela in between and hence that stubble.

But if You ask for my imagination I would say - Every night either Ashu sleeps early or Ashni have arguments on some or the other issue. So... they might be getting up during wee hours to have romance with cool head and heart and so... getting up some what late in the morning and hence no time to shave daily. Janum sumza karo.

Do U agree guys?

May be Nidhi likes him this way... 😉

PS. I dont think there is any Devdas track in the pipeline.Anyways he looks good both ways, clean shaven as well as with stubble.
