no, a minor does not have a right to take their own decisions. In the eyes of law minor's are not given this right but if that child has a valid reason to stay with someone else other than the guardian due to illtreatment by them and if a case is filed,then he/she may be provided with a lawyer and the child's opinion is taken into consideration but it would be very difficult for that point to be proved... Now keeping this aside i would first like to sue BB for giving all faltu ke pravachan to Ashu 😡
