Tanu ji, i feel sme busy scenes of ashu sitting in his cabin, checking files must hv been edited.. Khushi is in kgh now due to her head injury so maybe ph & Sony channel wanted to show ashu more with khushi they edited sme those scenes.. One more thing is that when ashu hd fired nidhi frm kgh till she rejoined kgh.. Nidhi ws no work all play, eat noodles, ice cream, chit chat rohan,anjie.. Look out for various dates, make numerous bahanas just to go to kgh.. Now that khushi hs come into play in ktlk.. Cvs are focusing on un tapped version of ashu's emotional orphan side connect with khushi... Wheras nidhi is being shown doing more work.. I feel ashu is busy bt sony channel wale editing those scenes..

How can Abhiman track can be followed in this serial? it is not practical.

Nidhi is plain MBBS where as Ashu is super specialist .no comparison and no competition is possible .

Dr Nidhi may become popular due to her dedication but Dr Ashutosh will always remain the best neurosurgeon .

Jr Drs are more busy bec they hve to see all types of general pts whereas specialists hve to see only referred and critical patients of a particular specialty.hence their no. of pts are less.

today the pts are too smart to be confused by such things.
