Somehow, 'The unfinished homework' reminds me of my teacher's cane and my mother's glare.
Surely, I dont like to relive in those dark parts of my life 😉 But, let me predict the dark parts of Ashutosh to finish this home work...😆😆
(The weightage in brackets represent the contribution towards the dark part of Ashu's life)
Step 1: Aggregate the facts & possibilities to formulate the problem.
Facts:
-- 1: Ashutosh missed the protection that a family could give in his early childhood
-- 2: Ashutosh struggled and learned to take care of himself from the childhood itself
-- 3: Ashutosh was brought up by a good samaritan BB...
-- 4: BB never thought of adopting him to give a surname to Ashutosh.
-- 5: Ashutosh had a heart break when BB prefered his own grand daughter over him.
-- 6: Though Mallika was a close friend, he never dreamed about her being something else.
-- 7: He craved for an unconditional love which would accept him 'as-he-is', just the way, BB did for his daughter(25%)
-- 8: He craved for a close relationship who would never leave him(25%)
Possibilities:
-- A: There is a possibility that, Ashutosh remembered his parents and saw them dying at close quarters helplessly due to cholera.(weightage --15%)
-- B: Also, possible that Ashutosh had left his siblings or some of the other children behind but could never forget them (weightage -- 15%)
Step 2: Reduce the size of the problem by elimination
*** 1. Ashu missed the family protection but, rescued by BB..so, might not paint a dark part in his life...(weightage -- 0%)
*** 2. Ashutosh had the nagging problem of not having a surname ... yes, possible lead to insecurity.( weightage -- 20%)
*** 3: When BB named the house after his grand daughter, the above insecurity turned into hatred towards her... this is known to him (weightage -- initially very high, but later reduced considerably...you know why.. no contribution to be dark)
Step 3: Elimination by negation..
&&& 1: Mallika was never a part of his internal clash, so her involvement in his dark part is almost reduced to a zero and Ashu never had any special feelings for her...(but she was there on his possitive side... this is the reason why he was always on her side).. (weightage -- 0%) ...Mallika is a saint you know..
Step 4: Now draw a probability pie diagram (with colour code)
He craved for an unconditional love which would accept him 'as-he-is', just the way, BB did for his daughter(25%)
He craved for a close relationship who would never leave him(25%)
There is a possibility that, Ashutosh remembered his parents and saw them dying at close quarters helplessly due to cholera.(weightage --15%)
Also, possible that Ashutosh had left his siblings or some of the other children behind but could never forget them (weightage -- 15%)
Ashutosh had the nagging problem of not having a surname ... yes, possible lead to insecurity.( weightage -- 20%)

Step 5: Observations
^^^1 : The images of his ill parents might also have encouraged him to study medicine.
^^^2: The insecurity has caused him to throw himself towards the work ( his studies & music) and made himself excel in those to make himself an acceptable person to the entire world.
^^^3: The self doubt has left him not to get entangled in the marriage bliss and also, earned him a name 'Dr.Heart stone'
^^^4: When he was married, he realized that he could have a close-knit family made-up of unconditional love and when Nidhi asked him for a delay to start the family, he could not find words to explain in right kind of words.. (As Nidhi has no such issues)
^^^5: The small kid ( Khushi), how much ever unacceptable she is, made him go through this entire emotional trip...So developed an unknown bond towards her...
Lo Ji.. maine poora ek ghanta home work pe spend kiya..

(remember only grades not gaaliyan...😆)
