@Ithasme..
Agree there were quite a heck of a lot of pakou episodes with body doubles but we all can't deny the fact that there were some fab episodes in the beginning where MB stole our hearts as Ashu...for me one of MB's best was his break down in the rain to Armaan,confessing his love for Nidhi.That was one episode I watched a trillion times and whatever little he did he did leave his mark for some but I don't think my activity on the forum has got anything to do with me having an opinion which is my own.I know I may not be that visible on the forum like some but I do keep tabs on what's going on and I did not mean no offence to anyone.Sujatha has done a fabulous tribute to SK which he deserves as he has also won me over as Ashu which I thought would never be possible and for me now I can't imagine anyone else as Dr Ashutosh but Sharad the man himself so lets just keep the peace!😊

Sujatha, I believe you have very eloquently put into words what many on this forum, and beyond, feel. It takes courage and gumption to take on a role that is so deeply etched by and associated with another. To then come in, reinvent the role with such elegance and from thereon to take absolute and utter command of the character reflects the bundle of talent this man really is.

To me, Ashutosh is poetry in motion and Sharad Kelkar makes this poetry a sheer treat to watch (and I don't just mean for the eyes!!!).

I must admit that I was one of the many who foresaw insurmountable challenges for the serial when the channel's association with the previous lead ended, but Sharad with his inimitable, distinctive and compelling portrayal of Ashutosh forced me to unabashedly fall right back in love with the character - only this time I fell much much harder!

Thank you Sharad for delighting me with the magic of Ashutosh. Sharad Ahutosh Kelkar or Ashtosh Sharad Mathur - the irrevocable fact is, that you alone are synonymous with the character - take a bow!

Poetry in motion...wow, that was beautifully put...Ashu is indeed poetic and Sharad has brought a certain cadence to the poetry that takes it an altogether different level...

Tbh, I did not fall well and truly in love with Ashu until Sharad came in...was smitten in bits and parts but never gave him my whole heart 😳..
