So, what is the verdict? Is Ashu going to blame Nidhi for the fire incident, particularly if the child is even mildly harmed?

Voted for yes. After today's episode i suspect the purpose of bringing this angel is to create another major MU.

Well, Rajan Shahi has already said that the track is to highlight their different approaches to parenting as a result of age-gap...although that personally makes no sense to me...however, I do not think it will result in any major MU...

Did'nt know about that. Then why not show that difference with their own kid?Agree age gap has nothing to do with that. It is personality, attitude, gender and temperament.Parenting style is always different between spouses.irrespective of age.My God. wonder who gives them suggestions for such tracks.

Good post Sujatha.
He will definitely be upset and blame her. Yeh toh for sure hai Ji.

But to be honest, Nidhi is at fault.😕
You cannot leave a child home unattended.
It's a recipe for disaster.😆

That is exactly my point too, Anu...you don't take such risks with your own child...and certainly not with a child that is in your temporary custody...imagine the legal consequences they could face...in India of course it is different...but you live in the US...you tell me what the consequences of something like this would be...I read of a case where a single mother was prosecuted by the Brooklyn DA's office after both her children perished in an apartment fire ...she had locked them up in the house and gone to work...and the poor woman was a single mother...just imagine her plight...terrible!

Yes Sujatha
You are absolutely right. Specially here in the US. Cases of child neglect and abuse are taken very seriously. Even in the US prisons, there are separate areas for people convicted of any type of child abuse. If the were left in the general populations they are almost certain to meet very unpleasant
Ends. So while it is extremely unpleasant , it's still a painful reality.
And even though I adore Nidhi's character, and am biased towards her, in this one instance, I can't say that Ashutosh will be unjustified in his anger. She has definitely acted very carelessly, specially as she is also a doctor, and as such would have surely seen such child neglect cases.
