While Hubby and biwi were having perfect normal day ( or night?) at KGH after the blissful gunshots, and peaceful exchange of kahi-suni... why were the members of the family standing at KGH??

The way it was shot looked like eevryone was outside OT... but the episode had a mind of it's own... Very good questions...
