Neither is Nidhi kidnapped nor Amar has left kgh.Ashu is seen telling Nidhi that Amar is smitten by her.nidhi has put sindoor.

In the sbs segment ,they showed Ashni in Ashu'cabin,so no kidnapping.Also Nidhi was dreaming about Ashu.In reality Ashu is seen telling Nidhi that Amar is smitten by her,they are shown arguing ,so no reunion.

Amar come to know about ashni's marriage and praising good husbnad wife,and ashutosh telling nidhi about amar's background and she take it as false[fake]and another drsting arguments took place and he told her to left[i don't know from the hosp or from the cabin.and sk confessed that he told her to left.
