Rangnath and Ashutosh are inquiring about Amar when Nidhi interrupts them and aks them to leave her patient alone. This leads to an argument between Nidhi and Ashutosh as Nidhi feels that he is jealous. The cops are present all the time waiting for Amar to get better for interrogation. Herein, Amar's brother – Bajrang lands in the hospital who isn successful in entering Amar's cabin by sneaking from the police. Nidhi is in Amar's ward examinating him. Bajrang notices Amar's body language and he realizes that Amar is falling in love with Nidhi… Bajrang notices Amar's body language and he realizes that Amar is falling in love with Nidhi. He decides to make sure that his brother gets his love. As all the interns are called for briefing, Nidhi plays another prank with Aahna by telling her that Ashutosh likes interns asking questions and also those who give answers promptly. So Aahna herself asks the question and herself answers it irritating Ashutosh but he notices the mischief that Nidhi is upto. At the canteen during lunch, Ashutosh comes to know about Nidhi's prank and decides to play along by telling Aahna that from now on she would work directly under him. Aahna hugs Nidhi in excitement irritating her further. Ashutosh notices.
